A happy and healthy 2022

New Year’s resolutions somehow don’t seem applicable following the last two years of restrictions that we have all had to endure in their varying formats. With these constraints now appearing to end (we hope), we send our best wishes to our clients, contacts and enquirers for a happy and healthy 2022.

2022 starts with the spectacle of the Winter Olympic Games from China, with athletes seeking to achieve their best after many months and years of practice, training and study in their respective sports. It will be interesting to watch as they pit themselves against each other. 2022 is also the year we celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Anniversary, along with the Commonwealth Games in the summer.

If you were thinking about the way you want to live and perform during 2022, good health I am sure will be one of your main objectives, although it may not be top of your list. There might be a long list of what you want to achieve, which is predicated on the assumption that you will be fit and mobile enough to meet your goals and aspirations.

We were pleased with the autumn age-related physiotherapy blogs that looked at life stages and what to consider at each age range to help keep supple and mobile, aiding wellbeing. You may want to revisit these at your life stage to see what might be considered as you plot out the twelve months ahead.

Thank you again to all our supporters over 2021 and for the many referrals and Google reviews received. We look forward to continuing and enhancing our service still further over 2022.
