Our practice offers the considered application of science-based physiotherapy care for those who are suffering from illness, injury, sports injury, pain or skeletal movement impairment. Each client is different, and this is reflected in their needs and the way that their individual condition came about. Understanding a client, their needs and requirements is paramount in caring for an individual, and this may be through a programme of consultation, care, advice and exercise, if required.

Lucy Blick is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP) and is qualified through the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Lucy is registered and insured through the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Therapy price increase - 01 March 2023

Due to our costs rising, we have increased our therapy charges by approximately 5% from 01 March 2023 and these new rates are detailed below:

 

Individuals

Initial assessment, consultation and 30-minute (60 minutes) physiotherapy treatment

£100.00

 

Subsequent visits / 60-minute physiotherapy treatment

£105.00

Other follow up consultation options

​

30 Minutes: £63.00

45 Minutes: £84.00

 

Home visits can be arranged in the West Surrey area , although we may make a travel charge of £16.00.

Five 60-minute physiotherapy sessions

(usually over a 6 week period / paid at first booking) 

£460.00

 

Payments can be taken by card or bank transfer.

Life Made Simple Physiotherapy is a trading style of Mrs Lucy Blick and this may appear on your receipt.

We apply a cancellation fee of £42.00 for any session cancelled with under 24 hours’ notice.

Alternative rates are applicable for corporate and business clients who may require workplace assessments / Physiotherapy. Please contact us with your requirements.
