With 2025 drawing to a close, the team at Life Made Simple Physiotherapy wishes you all a great Christmas and of course a positive start to 2026 and beyond.
For many, the end of the year is a time for reflection, to think about what went well, or otherwise, and to look forward to the prospects for the year ahead. It can also be a time to consider your health and wellbeing and how you feel overall.
As you might have seen from our website, our topical blogs are usually focused on a particular topic. This might be an exercise, sport, strain or sprain particular to one area of the body. Very understandable because the human body is complex and has many ways of functioning and reacting to its ever-changing environment.
Seeking professional advice, guidance and suitable treatment can often help alleviate any underlying tensions and ailments that may not be immediately obvious, with the possible effect of making you feel better within yourself and hopefully raising spirits.
Our services
As a reminder, the team at Life Made Simple Physiotherapy is well placed to look at the aspects of wellbeing noted above, from physiotherapy (with Lucy), massage and reflexology (with Mel), and nutrition (with Fiona), with the objective of improving how you feel.
If you are feeling that you need some help with your overall physical wellbeing, then please do get in contact to see how we can help.
