To help, we have created two packages for clients and enquirers to consider which offer great value and create a programme of care to help you fulfil your 2024 objectives.
1. Ready for sports – Physiotherapy, massage and nutrition programme
Objective: To help in your physical preparations for your sporting activities to keep strong, injury free and healthy as we head towards spring 2024 (appointments spaced over three / four weeks).
One hour assessment & physiotherapy appointment with Lucy Blick
Two one-hour massage appointments with Mel Allan
One hour nutrition review from Fiona Hayers, Nutritional Therapist from Nourish From Within.
30 minutes follow up & physiotherapy appointment with Lucy Blick
Package price £295 (paid in advance please)
2. Winter physicality – Physiotherapy, massage and nutrition programme
Objective: To maintain mobility, suppleness, and skeletal strength during the winter months (appointments spaced over six weeks).
45-minute assessment & physiotherapy appointment with Lucy Blick
Six one-hour massage appointments with Mel Allan
Vitamin D test and 30-minute consultation with Fiona Hayers, Nutritional expert from Nourish From Within
